The signature product is the green bean paste biscuit (Dou Sa biscuit) — a crumbly, buttery pastry encasing a smooth, lightly sweet mung bean filling that is utterly addictive. Available in original, pandan, and vegetarian varieties, packed in traditional paper rolls that make them the perfect souvenir or gift. Their newest specialty is a chicken floss Dou Sa biscuit that has quickly become a bestseller. Arrive early, buy generously, and savour them fresh while the pastry is still perfectly crisp.
