Batu Caves · National Mosque · Merdeka Square · Royal Palace
Batu Caves
Major Hindu pilgrimage site with a towering 43m golden statue of Lord Murugan and a steep staircase leading to stunning limestone caves and temples. The vibrant painted steps and dramatic natural setting make this a KL highlight.
National Mosque (Masjid Negara)
Grand mosque with a unique modernist design — 73m-high minaret and a distinctive 16-pointed star-shaped dome. Explore the peaceful grounds and learn about Islamic architecture (modest attire required, robes provided).
Merdeka Square
The historic site where Malaysia declared independence in 1957. Features the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, a giant flagpole and colonial-era heritage. A key photo stop and symbol of national pride.
Lunch — Nasi Kandar Pelita or Malay eatery

Royal Museum (Istana Negara Lama) + New Royal Palace
The former residence of Malaysia's king, now a museum showcasing royal history and artifacts. Then view the new Istana Negara from outside — a magnificent modern palace with ornate domes.

KL → Cameron Highlands

Lavender Garden (Entry RM15)

Ee Feng Gu Bee Farm (Free entry)
